Note from Bob Siegel: As a writer who, among other works, creates a great deal of comedy and satire, using his own material the high majority of the time over the air, it is important to be clear when occasionally such is not the case. The jokes about Bill Clinton on today’s show are older jokes that I had heard before. They were used spontaneously because the timing and fun atmosphere of the conversation seemed to call for them.
