Carl DeMaio, a Republican who served on the San Diego City Council from 2008 -2012 joins Bob to discuss a wide variety of issues effecting California including the gas tax which Carl is leading the charge to repeal. Other topics include sanctuary cities and judicial activism. There is also some discussion regarding certain issues where Carl DeMaio holds positions differently than many Republicans such as abortion.
