What The Constitution Really Says About the Supreme Court

Dr. Richard A. Nixon returns as a guest to talk about Obama’s immigration policy and the recent Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage to see how they square with an honest reading of the U.S. Constitution. Dr. Nixon is an attorney with a Juris Doctorate in law.

The history of our country’s tendency to give the Supreme Court too much power is also discussed starting with cases such as Marbury VS. Madison. Dr. Nixon also cites sections of the Constitution showing that the power to make law is vested in the Legislative branch, not the Judicial.

This interview begins during the second half of the program and is aired without commercial interruption.
