Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is reaching out to moderate Taliban for a possible future government of Afghanistan. Hmm…Moderate Taliban. Are they the ones who refrain from cutting off a woman’s hand for not wearing a Berka and instead only cut off a few fingers?
