Evidently Christians Don’t Hold A Monopoly On Stupidity

What’s the most recent news in the “Get God out of our government” campaign?  New laws that forbid the mention of religion during flag folding ceremonies at military funerals.
Is this what it’s come to?  Is this the latest lump of lunacy in the name of separation between church and state?
Yeah, that’s what our forefathers had in mind all right.  They didn’t want God mentioned at funerals.  That’s why in the days of our forefathers, all colleges were Bible colleges and prayer was led by teachers in public schools and congress opened with prayer and witnesses swore on the Bible in court.
In yesterday’s blog I protested a different practice at funerals;  the disgraceful conduct of Westboro Baptist Church glorying in the fact that solders are supposedly dying due to gays in the military.  In today’s blog, looking at other military funerals, I just wanted to remind everyone that Christians do not have a monopoly on stupidity.
