Based on the brilliant short story by Hans Christian Anderson, this version raises issues about God, sin nature and the meaning of life.  It is also filled with political satire. The musical is written in a way that children and adults alike will enjoy. The simple fable is expanded with a romantic subplot, a Press Secretary who updates people on the King’s Politically Correct magic clothes, and a surprising twist at the end.
